BHOJPUR: A landslide triggered by heavy rainfall last night has left a man and his wife buried to death in its debris, in Kulung-9 of Bhojpur district. Bharat Rai (58) and his wife Rammani (54) of Jimigaun in Kulung-6 died after the house they were living in, in Kulung-9 in the district was entombed, the District Police Office said. They were living in a house owned by Jagat Man Rai, police added. Meanwhile, their bodies were recovered from the rubble of the house by a police team with the support of locals. Also, two cows, two calves and four sheep perished in the incident.
