11th NADA auto show wraps up

Kathmandu, September 4 The country’s premier auto show — NADA Auto Show — concluded here today with transactions worth Rs 3.5 billion over six days, and recording 65,000 footfalls. A total of 74 business firms had occupied 125 stalls for promotion of their products. Altogether 16 brands of cars and sports utility vehicles were presented during the auto show. Two-wheelers of 15 different brands and heavy commercial automobiles of five brands were showcased for the visitors. Accessories and spare parts of vehicles were also showcased. The organisers also presented awards for the best stalls in the event. Arun Intercontinental bagged the award of best stall among four-wheelers. Similarly, Hansraj Hulaschand was awarded from the two-wheeler category, LT Enterprises Pvt Ltd from commercial vehicle category and Hitco Pvt Ltd from among from the supporting stalls. This was the 11th series of the auto show organised by NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal — the umbrella association of automobile and spare parts dealers of the country.
