KATHMANDU: Police said they have arrested a teenage boy on charge of raping a younger girl from Kalanki of Kathmandu. Identified as Rabin Neupane (19), a permanent resident of Kumari VDC-6, Nuwakot, the suspect had allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl from Dhading district in her rented room on Monday. Both the alleged victim and perpetrator are currently residing in Kalanki. Further investigation is underway, police said.
