Alleged mobile phone robber nabbed from Tinkune

KATHMANDU: A youth was arrested while running away after robbing two mobile sets worth Rs 83,000 from Tinkune, KMC-35, on Wednesday. Police said the 18-year-old Suraj Gupta, a permanent resident of Bharada-7 in Saptari district was nabbed by a team deployed from the Naya Baneshwor-based Metropolitan Police Circle. Gupta had robbed two persons of their mobile sets from a vegetable market in Tinkune of Kathmandu, added police. Police said they are looking into the case.
