KATHMANDU: Hello Sarkar, a government mechanism established to address complaints from members of the public about the government services, said it would stay open during the Dashain vacation too. The mechanism under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers issued a press statement today and said it had assigned officials to look into complaints registered about various ministries and government bodies. OPMCM spokesperson Damodar Regmi in the statement said the officials and staff had been told to respond to calls from members of the public and respond to them immediately.
