KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal did not receive Tika but marked Dashain getting together with his kin today. The PM did not receive Tika but celebrated the festival with his family members and relatives, PM Dahal's Deputy Personal Secretary Purna Karki said. Meanwhile, former PM and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba also did not receive Dashain Tika due to the death of his nephew, his aide Bhanu Deuba said.
