Kathmandu, October 20 Prabhu Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank advanced to the last 16 of the third Century Bank Corporate Super Sixes here at the TU Stadium today. Prabhu topped the Group A with four points from two matches, while Machhapuchchhre finished runners-up with two points from the three-team pool. Prabhu had registered two victories on Wednesday, while Machhapuchchhre defeated Nabil Bank by six wickets to advance to the knock out stage. Likewise, Century Bank won their third consecutive match to finish at the top of the Group B and advance to the last 16.   Century Bank defeated NMB Bank by 22 runs. NMB and ICFC Finance have two points each in the group, while NIC Asia Bank lost both the matches. In Group C, Nimbus finished at the top of the table with four points, while Kantipur Media Group were second with two. Nimbus defeated Jyoti Bikash Bank by six wickets, Kantipur registered a 16-run victory over the same opponents. Likewise, Nepal SBI Bank, who defeated Civil Bank by 11 runs for their second victory, accumulated four points to make it to the pre-quarters as pool winners.
