Malaysian woman found dead in Kyanjing Gumba of Langtang region

KATHMANDU: A Malaysian tourist has been found dead in Kyanjin Gumba of Langtang-1 in Rasuwa district in central Nepal on Wednesday, police said. Yew Siewpoh (58), with the passport number A 38078056, was found dead at the local Panorama Guesthouse at the Kyanjin Gumba where she had stayed over. Further investigation is underway, according to police. Langtang, a popular destination for foreign trekkers, was devastated by the April 25, 2015 Nepal earthquake. Tourists have gradually started visiting the region from this year.
