Unified RPP forms panel to revise statute

KATHMANDU: The recently unified Rastriya Prajatantra Party on Monday formed an eight-member committee under the leadership of leader Buddhiman Tamang to revise the party statute. Rajendra Lingden, Sushil Shrestha, Thakur Prasad Sharma, Bharat Jung Upreti, Kunti Kumari Shahi, Narendra Chaudhary and Rajaram Bartaula are members of the panel. The party formed the team after the unification between two erstwhile RPP and RPP-Nepal. Meanwhile, the party said the unification process would conclude in all the districts by December 10. The party has already set the date of February 17-20, 2017 for its general convention.
