KATHMANDU: The Rotary Club of Rajdhani has organised a one-day health camp for women of northern Kathmandu on Saturday, December 3. The camp provided them with free dental check-up, eye check-up and family planning services. As many as 265 persons benefitted from the health camp, chief of Rotary Club of Rajdhani, Dr. Kokila Baidya informed. The camp was held inside the premises of Nayapati Saving and Credit Cooperative Limited. Renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Banshi Krishna Malla, gynecologist Dr. Kasturi Malla, dentist Dr Anjana Raj Bhandari and Dr. Samira Rajbhandari as well as specialists from the Marie Stopes International Nepal had provided services to the locals. Free medicines were also provided to the patients. The Rotary Club of Rajdhani was established on 2002. It has been providing various social services since then.
