BAITADI: A body of a youth suspected to have been mauled by a wild animal was found in Tallo Swarad locality of the Baitadi district on Thursday night. The Inspector at Baitadi District Police Office,  Surendra Bam was quoted in Rastriya Samachar Samiti as saying that the mutilated body of the youth assumed to be of around 25 years in age was found at Melauli-8, last night. The wild animal devoured the right portion of the body including hip, head and legs, Inspector Bam assumed. The decomposing body was found by a local woman who entered the area to forage for grass. The police suspect that the body may have been there for a week. It has been learned that 22 individuals have been killed in leopard attack in Talloswarad locality till date.
