KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday assigned Nepal's Ambassador to Belgium, Lok Bahadur Thapa, to work as an ambassador to the European Union as well. The appointment was made as per Article 282.1 of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by the President's Office.
