KAPILVASTU: Chairman of the Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal Upendra Yadav said that the Constitution amendment bill forwarded by the incumbent government in the Parliament was incomplete. Addressing the party cadres' meet at Pakadai today, leader Yadav added that the bill will not be enough to meet the demands of disgruntled Madhesi, Tharu and other indigenous communities. Earlier, on November 29, the government had introduced the bill at the Parliament in a bid to address concerns of disgruntled political forces including the Federal Alliance and the United Democratic Madhesi Front, which both have the FSF-N as a major constituent. The agitating blocs, however, have not taken ownership of the bill.
