KATHMANDU: Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has called a meeting of top leaders of major three parties for Monday morning, in a bid to end the ongoing House stalemate. She invited Prime Minister and CPN Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the main opposition leader and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba for the meeting. According to the Speaker's press adivosor Babin Sharma, chief whips of the parties have also been told to attend the meeting. The Parliament has been unable to move with its business after the govt registered the Constitution amendment bill on November 29.
