DAMAK: CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister, KP Sharma Oli, on Wednesday, commented that the incumbent government was similar to the recently sacked Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Chief, Lok Man Singh Karki. He said the formation of the government under an unholy alliance between the CPN Maoist Centre and the Nepali Congress was wrong, due to which the citizens were facing problems. Speaking at a press meet organised by Press Chautari Nepal, Jhapa, Oli claimed that the government would not be able to work in the interest of the country. Stating that the government should first hold elections before implementing the Constitution, Oli claimed of a serious conspiracy being hatched to push the country into another confrontation. The UML Chief was of the opinion that the Constitution amendment bill was being introduced against the interests of country and people. Meanwhile, the former PM noted that former King Gyanendra Shah's statement on Tuesday was made in the capacity of a citizen rather than one of a royal status.
