Teenager killed in Chitwan elephant attack

CHITWAN: A 13-year-old boy was killed in a wild elephant attack in Madi Municipality-11 of Chitwan district, in the wee hours on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Sagar Sunar, son of local Amrit Sunar. Sunar, who had gone outside the house to urinate, was attacked by the tusker. He died on the spot at Kharakatta, at around 2: 00 am today, according to District  Police Office, Chitwan. Meanwhile, his body has been taken to Bharatpur for the postmortem, informed police. Recently, an Indian tourist visiting Hattisar in Sauraha was also killed in another similar incident.
