KATHMANDU: Police said a teen was allegedly caught red-handed while stealing a copper vessel in Sankarapur Municipality-11 in Kathamandu on Thursday. Police identified the suspect as 17-year-old Rupesh Giri of Tikapur in Rautahat district. Locals had caught the minor and handed over him to the Sankhu-based Metropolitan Police Sector. Meanwhile, police said they are looking into the case.
