NAWALPARASI: Nepali Congress General Secretary Shashanka Koirala said the parties had no option but to reach a consensus on implementing the Constitution. Speaking at a programme held on the occasion of the Martyrs' Day on Sunday by the Nepali Congress Gaindakot Town Committee here, Koirala expressed his concern that the country was still unable to move forward along the path of implementing the Constitution. Koirala, who is the lawmaker from Nawalparasi constituency-1, said the country would find a solution only after following the path shown by the martyrs. He stressed the need to have the main opposition party CPN-UML on board for consensus among all the parties in order to seek a solution to the present crisis.
