KATHMANDU: A person died in a hit-and-run case in Lekhpani Tole of Hetaunda Municipality-28 in Makawanpur district on Wednesday morning. The deceased has been identified as Jaya Ram Arjel (18) of Hetaunda Municipality-12. An unidentified vehicle hit Arjel who was riding a bicycle, killing him on the spot at around 3 am today, according to police. Meanwhile, police said they are searching for the absconding vehicle and its driver, informed Basamadi-based police post.
