KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday authenticated two bills that were sent to her after the Parliament endorsed them. In a statement, the Office of the President said that President Bhandari authenticated the twin bills -- Bill on Election Commission and Bill on Voters' List -- as per the Article 113 (2) of the Nepal's Constitution.
