PALPA: A man died on the spot when a tractor met with an accident at Salghari in Tansen of Palpa district on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Bikash Saru (28) of the same locality, police said. According to the Palpa District Police Office, Saru was trying to reverse the ill-fated tractor (Lu 3 Ta 652) when the accident occurred.
