KATHMANDU: CPN-UML-aligned All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) Central Committee member Milan Rai on Thursday succumbed to the injuries he suffered during a road accident. The 29-year-old student leader had been undergoing treatment at the Trauma Centre near Bir Hospital after he was seriously injured in an accident in Bhaktapur, on February 7. Rai who, hailed from Khotang district, had become the ANNFSU CC member after he was elected Khotang Chairman of the organisation. His body will be kept on the premises of CPN-UML Central Office today for tributes, Youth Association Nepal (YAN) Spokesperson Prabhat Bikram Katuwal said.
