KATHMANDU: Police said property worth Rs 1.67 million was gutted in a fire in Padepakha of Budhanilakantha Municipality on Saturday. Police said the fire destroyed Rs 1 million cash and 10 tola gold as it turned a hut belonging to Ram Sharan Khadka into cinders.  Police and locals had doused the fire.
