— Onasari Gharti (@SpeakerofNepal) February 23, 2017 KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli have agreed to move forward with the discussion on Constitution amendment bill in the Parliament today. In a meeting called by Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar to resume the House business, the ruling and opposition leaders made an agreement for the same. On the Speaker's request not to obstruct the Parliamentary procedures, the main opposition party Chairman agreed to move on with the discussion. The Parliament meeting has been scheduled for 3 pm today. House meetings were postponed yesterday and the day before as the CPN-UML disagreed to move on with discussion for the Constitution amendment bill. READ ALSO:
