KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is addressing the nation at 5 pm this afternoon. He would call people to prepare for the local level elections scheduled for May 14, according to PM's press advisor Govinda Acharya. The government last week had announced the poll dates. Likewise, the Prime Minister would reveal the government's opinion about other contemporary political issues, Acharya said.
