LAHAN: A woman was killed in a road accident in Golbazaar of Siraha district last night. The 35-year-old Doma Mahara of Siraha Municipality-7, who was riding pillion on a motorcycle (Sa 7 Pa 1249), died when it met with an accident due to imbalance, police said. Mahara was critically injured in the accident and breathed her last in course of treatment at a hospital in Lahan. The motorcyclist, 20-year-old Rajesh Mahara of Golbazaar Municipality-2, was injured in the accident and is receiving treatment at Bhumija Hospital at local Golbazaar, the Area Police Office, Golbazaar stated. Teen electrocuted Meanwhile, a girl was electrocuted at Muksar in Golbazaar Municipality-1 last night. She is 17-year-old Sanu Kumari Susling Magar. Magar was electrocuted while trying to disconnect her mobile phone from the electric socket, it is stated.
