KATHMANDU: Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing today was significant and fruitful. The high-level meeting held at the Great Hall of the People would add a new dimension to the existing bilateral relations, the PM's Secretariat quoted Dahal as speaking after the meeting. The Secretariat has claimed that the two leaders discussed in an open and clear environment. Dahal said after the meeting that Xi's response to all the issues he raised was positive, hence the meeting was better than what he had expected. Moreover, the Chinese President himself expressed his concerns over various issues including Nepal's political stability and economic development, prosperity, infrastructure development and railway, Dahal claimed.
