KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said the local level elections are very significant as local levels will get to exercise executive, legislative and judicial rights. He said development will expedite in villages after the May 14 elections, maintaining that they will be held on the scheduled date. He was addressing the inaugural function of Chandragiri Mahotsav in Balambu, on the south-western outskirts of Kathmandu. Dahal gave his word to the local residents for Chandragiri area's development. He further said the concerned authorities will be told to complete the Kalanki-Nagdhunga-Thankot road project soon.
