KATHMANDU: Dev Prasad Shrestha from Hetaunda has become the lucky weekly winner of The Himalayan Times Unstoppable Thrill subscription campaign of the fifteenth week. Shrestha’s winning receipt (#6516) was picked by Maiti Nepal Founder and CNN Hero Anuradha Koirala in a lucky draw held at APCA House, Anamnagar on April 17.
