Leopard hurts six herders in Dhanusha

KATHMANDU: At least six persons were injured after a leopard attacked them in a forest of Andupatti Katarait in Dhanusha district on Wednesday evening. The injured have been identified as Prameshwar Yadav, Sanjeev Kumar Saha, Tileshwar Mukhiya, Panchu Mukhiya and Geeta Devi Mukhiya, all the residents of Andupatti Katarait in the district.One among the injured is yet to be identified. All of them are being treated at the Janakpur Zonal Hospital. The incident occurred after the leopard suddenly appeared before the herders and attacked them who were collecting fodders in the forest.
