KATHMANDU: A meeting convened by Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa to talk about increasing the number of local bodies in 11 districts of the Terai region is taking place at the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development. According to sources at the ministry, leaders of Rastriya Janata Party, CPN-UML among other parties are present at the meeting. The government is  trying to take all parties into confidence for smooth holding of local level elections slated for May 14 and June 14. However, it has been a Herculean task. READ ALSO:
