KATHMANDU: A person died after he was hit by a jeep in Lalmatiya of Dang district on Thursday night. The victim has been identified as Sandeep Bhusal (20) of Bhrikuti in Kapilvastu district. The incident occurred after the jeep (Lu 1 Kha 7774) knocked Bhusal injuring him at Maurighat at around 9 pm yesterday. Bhusal breathed his last on the way to a hospital, informed police. Meanwhile, the Area Police Office has impounded the four-wheeler and arrested its driver for further investigation, said police.
