KATHMANDU: A 35-year-old man in possession of controlled pharmaceutical drugs has been arrested from Balkumari bridge of KMC-32 on Thursday, police said. A team deployed from the Koteshwor-based Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Krishna Tamang, a permanent resident of Lichke at Kalikatar-8, Makawanpur. with 36 ampoules of Diazepam, Buprenorphine and Phenergan each. Police seized 36 ampoules of Diazepam, Buprenorphine and Phenergan each from Tamang. Further investigation is underway.
