KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Friday appointed Bishwombher Pyakurel and Sharmila Parajuli as the ambassadors to Sri Lanka and Oman respectively. President Bhandari appointed Pyakurel and Parajuli as the ambassadors on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 282 (A) of the Constitution, according to the Office of the President.
