Lucky Sherpa appointed Nepali Ambassador to Australia

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Thursday appointed Lucky Sherpa as an Ambassador to Australia on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers. The Head-of-the-State made the decision in accordance with the Article 282.1 of the Constitution of Nepal, according to a press statement issued by the President's Office today. Sherpa is a permanent resident of Mulkharka-5 in Shankhuwasabha district in Eastern Nepal.
