KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal is set to address the Legislature-Parliament at 3:00 pm today.

PM Dahal will address the session at 3:00 pm, PM's Press Advisor Govinda Acharya told THT Online.

Before the special address, PM is attending a major parties' meeting at his official residence in Baluwatar.

The PM's programme at the Parliament was rescheduled to 3:00 pm as the meeting with top leaders was delayed and started at 10:30 am only this morning.

The meeting extended after the CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli arrived half an hour late, said Acharya.

Earlier, the PM was scheduled to address the Parliament at 11:00 am but was rescheduled to 1:00 pm.
