KATHMANDU: A youth has been arrested in possession of one kilogram marijuana from Budhanilakantha Municipality-12, on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu. Police said 26-year-old Niranjan Thapa, a permanent resident of Kapan Durga Mandir in the Municipality. He was arrested yesterday. Meanwhile, police said the investigation is underway.
