KATHMANDU: Participants of a discussion programme organised by Nepal Council of World Affairs on Thursday said Nepalis were eagerly looking forward to implementation of the China’s One Belt, One Road initiative. At the programme themed ‘Promoting People to People Relation’s: Ideas on One Belt, One Road Initiative’, they also held the view that the OBOR would largely benefit Nepal. According to them, the revival of Silk Route would enhance railroad connectivity, attract investment and promote trade.  The government of Nepal recently signed a framework agreement on the OBOR.
