KATHMANDU: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Sushila Karki retired on Tuesday after she crossed the age limit of 65. With her retirement, Gopal Parajuli will take charge as acting CJ from tomorrow (Wednesday). The process to recommend Parajuli as CJ through a meeting of Judicial Council and push for a parliamentary hearing in this regard is yet to start due to various reasons.
