KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday enacted the bill of first amendment of political party endorsed by the Legislature-Parliament on June 11. According to a press statement issued by the President's Office, the Head-of-the-State certified the bill in accordance with the Article 113.2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
