KATHMANDU: Muslims across the country today celebrated Eid al-Fitr, one of the biggest festivals of the Muslim community, with much gusto. Also, known as Ramadan, this religious observance that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, the month in which the first verses of the Quran were revealed to Prophet Mohammed.
