PHIDIM: Nepali Congress candidate Hom Nath Thapa has been elected the Ward Chair in Panchthar district Tumwewa Rural Municipality on Saturday. Thapa secured the top position with 2,350 votes against 1,964 votes of CPN Maoist Centre and CPN-UML Alliance's Devendra Khatri. Similarly, the CPN-UML's Dhana Sanwa has been elelcted the Vice Chair.
