POKHARA: A Chinese national, who was employed at the Madi Hydropower project in Madi Rural Municipality-6 in Kaski district, has died on Tuesday, police said. According to Kaski District Police Office, a 47-year-old Zheng Zhaooqi was found unconscious on his bed and was rushed to the Pokhara-Manipal Teaching Hospital for treatment. He possessed a Chinese passport, numbered 43849691. However, doctors there, pronounced him dead at around 8 am today, informed the police. Zheng Zhaooqi, as usual, after his work at the hydro project had gone to sleep after his dinner on Monday night. Meanwhile, a police team deployed from the Kaski District Police Office is investigating into the case.
