KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Friday has certified the financial bill 2017 endorsed by the Legislature-Parliament. In a statement today, the President Office said the head of the state enacted the bill as per the Article 113 of the Constitution of Nepal. Earlier, the parliament had passed the bill and sent it to president office for certification.
