BIRGUNJ: Voting has been proceeding peacefully in the various polling centres of Birgunj Metropolitan City in Parsa district on Monday. Voters have been queuing since 7:00 am this morning to exercise their franchise despite the muddy polling centres due to the rainfall last night.
