Rautahat, September 20 As vote counting of third phase of local polls continues in Rautahat, Nepali Congress is leading in 11, CPN-MC in nine, Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal and Nepal Loktantrik Forum in four each, CPN-UML in three and Rastriya Prajantra Party in two local levels in Rautahat. NC is leading in two wards while NLF is leading in three wards of Ishnath Municipality. RJP-N and NLF are leading in one ward each of Gaur Municipality. CPN-MC candidates are leading in two wards of Maulapur Municipality, while FSF-N and CPN-UML are leading in one ward each. NC is leading in four wards and CPN-MC in one ward of Paroha Municipality. NC is leading in two wards, while CPN-MC is leading in one ward of Fatuwa Bijayapur Municipality. NC is leading in two wards and FSF-N is leading in one ward of Garuda while RJP-N, FSF-N and CPN-MC are leading in one ward each of Rajdevi Municipality.
