PALPA: One way traffic along the Siddhababa stretch of Palpa-Butwal route, which was disrupted following a landslide last night, has resumed after 14 hours of closure.

The road was re-opened partially from this afternoon, said the Dhobhan Area Police Office.

A large score of passengers and vehicles wereleft stranded halfway due to the sudden closure of the route.

The landslide that also brought a big rock down was triggered by incessant rains. Police said that they toiled hard to clear off the mudslide depositions, though not completely, to bring traffic back to the operation.
