UML Chair Oli proposed to contest polls from Siraha Constituency-1

LAHAN, SIRAHA: The CPN-UML has unanimously recommended party Chairman KP Sharma Oli to contest the House of Representatives elections from Siraha Constituency-1. The UML Regional Committee meeting took a decision to this effect. Likewise, Rajendra Chaudhary and Ashok Yadav were proposed to run the State Assemblies elections from the constituency-1 and 2, respectively. Both the elections have been scheduled for November 26 and December 7 respectively. Meanwhile, a fringe party, Mulbasi Mukti, has decided to contest the elections under UML's election symbol 'Sun'.
