KATHMANDU: Former Nepali boxers raised financial support of Rs 102,000 for the treatment of Anil Gurung, the bronze medallist of the 10th South Asian Games in Colombo in 2006. Gurung, who met with an accident in Dhading on September 7, is undergoing treatment at the B&B Hospital in Lalitpur. A total of 17 boxers, living in Macau, made their contribution for the treatment of Gurung. Nepal Boxing Association President Ram Awale handed over the amount to Gurung’s wife Min Kumari on Monday.
