KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday certified controversial Education (9th amendment) bill 2017, endorsed by the Legislature Parliament, at her office in Sheetal Niwas, Kathmandu. According to a press statement issued by the President's Office today itself, the head-of-the-head authenticated the bill in accordance to the Article 113. 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.
